We have 2 methods of how we can make the Ancient city pavers.
First, natural split then tumbled.
Second, full sawn top flamed, or just full sawn and then tumbled

The main thing is that as a result, you get a stone, as it were, rolled by the sea or time, smooth, old in appearance, and this is unique. After tumbling, there are no irregularities or sharp edges, and the granite itself becomes smooth, only slightly rough, enough not to slip. The pattern of the stone, its particular grain size, and its color are further emphasized with such processing.
Tumbled paving stones are the best choice for a true aesthetic of the ancient history of Europe.

Top sawn and flamed, 4 sides split, bottom sawn

The sawn bottom of the paving stone makes it easy to lay – less sand is required for backfilling, it can be easily laid on the prepared leveled surface. The 4 sides with a natural split finish help not move in the ground, so make paving stone very stable. “Pencil type”, top and bottom split, 4 sides sawn.

This type of paving stone got its name from its shape – it looks like a «huge griffel from pencil». Such paving stones have 4 sawn sides, and the top and bottom are split. Due to the 4 sawn side sides, the paving stones are laid easily, tightly, and almost with minimal seams. The split underside is placed on a sand-cement cushion, thereby nullifying any possible unevenness. Also, split bottom helps to lay stable in the ground. The split top surface looks advantageous – like the paving of streets in Ancient European cities.
