Advantages of Ukrainian granite

Almost the entire territory of Ukraine is located on a European granite shield. There are a lot of granite stone quarries in Ukraine. In particular, unique breeds prevail, such as Granite, Gabbro-Diabaz, Labradorite, Basalt, etc. These quarries are very small amount in the world, so they are limited and unique. 

Ukraine is located in such a climatic zone, where the regular temperature in winter drops to -30℃ / -22℉, and in summer up to 40℃ / 104℉. Granite is hidden deep in the earth, so high pressure makes it stronger. Because of these circumstances, Ukrainian granite in our subsoil has acquired unique high-quality characteristics.
Specifically:

■ High strength. The strength of Ukrainian Granite stone is much bigger than travertine, marble, quartz, limestone, and even other granites. The density of Granite, Labradorite, and Basalt is 2800 kg/m3; The Gabbro-Diabaz density is 3100 kg/m3.

■ Ukrainian granite does not absorb moisture, so its service life can be more than 1000 years.

■ Granite resistant to the influence of chemicals.

■ Granite is frost resistant even with extreme temperatures -30℃ / -22℉;

■ Exceptional design value. Granite has a wide range of colors palette from black, dark-grey, light-grey, dark grey with blue spots, green, leopard, brown, pink, and red.
